WHO IS FLY DAWG?
Our family adopted Bear a.k.a. Fly Dawg from Border Tails Rescue in December 2021. We have always loved the pit bull breed, and his personality is exactly why. Pit bulls tend to get a bad rap, but in all actuality they are the sweetest and most loving dogs, and Bear is no exception! He has inspired our family so much that our son, Rocco, started a clothing and accessories line in honor of Bear. Rocco or “Roc” has always had an eye for fashion, so the brand Fly Dawg by Roc Wear was born! Not only are our products fly, but as you can see by our logo, Bear loves to lay like he’s flying, too!
HOW IT STARTED
In addition to making a statement through our brand, Fly Dawg by Roc Wear, we would also like to make an impact on the welfare of homeless dogs. Our mission is to eliminate the need to euthanize, and provide shelter through our partnership with Border Tails Rescue. At Fly Dawg by Roc Wear, a portion of our proceeds will be donated back to the shelter in support of flea/tick & heartworm prevention, shots, spay/neuter procedures and more. Ultimately, it is our goal that for every $200 we donate back, a homeless dog will be transported from Mexico to Chicago. Mexico has over 18 million homeless dogs roaming the streets, and it is our mission to save one life at a time. Please support our brand, it’s for a great paws!! We mean cause!!
